3. Access Revocation Please note that once a refund is processed:

  • Your digital access to the specific product will be permanently disabled.

  • You are contractually required to delete any local copies or printouts of the PDF guide from your devices.

4. Prevention of Abuse To ensure the sustainability of our creator ecosystem, we monitor for refund abuse (such as multiple refund requests from the same customer or purchasing then immediate refunding). We reserve the right to deny refund requests if abuse is detected.

Statutory Rights (UK & EU Customers) For our customers in the United Kingdom and European Union: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, you acknowledge that by downloading the digital content immediately, you are waiving your statutory 14-day cooling-off period in exchange for our voluntary 14-Day Value Guarantee.
